Stream jitters streaming from Wirecast?

Wirecast has a known issue with x264 and rtmp live streams and internal timing, which may lead to issues for low latency live streaming. For x264 based profiles, please select encoding profile “Baseline” or keep “Main” and add the option “–bframes 0”

How to build reactions?

Build an interactable block choose "live chat" as question method. Add a result on the same module set the style for result to "live chat" also.

Set the background-color to transparent via the color picker on the module.

Then add this module on top of your other content at the slot where you want reactions. Adjust which surface you want to cover in "layout modules" in the slot menu.

Tips:

Remember that the reaction modul must be in front of the other modules. Depending in which order you add your modules you maybe need to adjust the order in "reorder modules" in slot settings.

Can I mark up my invoice with a reference number

Under project settings there is a new field called “customer note”. Here you can mark your invoice with a reference number if you want. You can also write if there is something else that we need to know regarding the invoice.

How do I add my own custom font?

Custom font

If you want another font than the avalable presets you can upload your own font using font-face and target it in the CSS of your project.

Upload the font under 'Files', copy the URL and refer to it in the CSS.

You can target anything with css (such as headers <h1>,< h2>,< h3> etc and paragraph text, <p>) and choose your font.

What can I customize in a project?

Basically everything! You can change the logotype and other expected design elements as fonts, backgrounds and colors. You can also use your own CSS which allows changes for almost anything. You can also have different css for different events

E-meet vs E-summit?

The technical difference is that E-meet use Web-RTC as streaming method. E-summit just embed a stream, the stream can be from any provider of your choice.

The longer version:

E-meet is a complete video conferencing solution. You can broadcast people in real time without delay. This means that you can have a studio and participants talking with each other without delay. You can also create workshops and divide the audience inte groups with up to 16 simultaneous speakers. There are also possibility to broadcast you studio via virtual cam.

For E-summit you have two different ways to work with embeded streams. Either put the video in project settings this will create an injected video in the header. This is very handy if you want to show the stream always. You can also build a video stream block and put it whereever you want in the timeline. This is perfect if you want to build a custom layout or maybe have more than one stream at the time.

Tips:

The stream block can also be combined into an E-meet.

What's the difference of projects and events?

This is one of Twebcast's biggest advantages. A project is where all the modules are saved and where you build your timeline. Every event is a separate session of a project. In this way you can have the audience data separated for different occasions, for example if you have a keynote with different audiences or a weekly meeting where you want to gather data for every week. It´s also very useful for testing your project when you have participants on your main event you don't want to affect.
