Geolocation as part of your events

Twebcast introduces a brand-new suite of geolocation-based features, designed to make your events more interactive, location-specific, and engaging. These tools enable you to add a new layer of interactivity, tailored to participants’ physical locations, helping you create a memorable experience that feels connected to the actual space where your event takes place.

Location-Based Automatic Access Control
With our location-based access control feature, if a participant is outside the designated event area, a map will automatically display both the event location and the participant’s current position, along with clear directions to the event. This functionality acts as an extra layer of security, ensuring only those in the approved area can engage with certain aspects of the event. It can also be used as an automatic check-in feature or combined with traditional check-in. (You can easily enable this function under Settings / Security, and the event location is retrieved directly from Settings / Details / Location.)

Create Dynamic Segments or Conditions Based on Location
Leverage geolocation-based features to create unique and customizable experiences based on where participants are physically located. You could, for example, build an interactive geo-quiz that adapts to different regions, or change specific content elements based on proximity. Imagine exclusive ticket options available only to participants in specific locations, or dynamic designs that shift depending on where attendees are standing. These tools are flexible, giving you endless possibilities to make your event truly one-of-a-kind! You could even set up hidden objects or points of interest that become visible only when a participant is nearby, creating thrilling moments and unique interactions.
