When your event is created, there are different steps for the participant to take depending on the way you are handling the registration.
Version 1: Your participant is not registered yet.
1. Download the Twebcast app.
2. First time you log into Twebcast, you must validate your e-mail address, and the validation code will be sent to the given e-mail.
3. Once logged in, enter the event code to the event. (The event code is the same as the chosen short link to the event).
4. When you open your event, you can register.
5. The first time you log in on a new device, you must validate your e-mail when logging into the event.
6. After you have registered you will always fint your event under "My events".
Version 2: Your participants has already registered before downloading the app, or has been auto registered by you before.
1. Download the Twebcast app.
(Here, the participant must log in with the same email you have added to your event to see their event.)
2. First time you log into Twebcast, you must validate your e-mail address, and the validation code will be sent to the given e-mail.
3. When logged in, you will see all events you are registered on under “my events,” which is the first page you land on.
4. When you open your event, you can log in.
5. The first time you log in on a new device, you have to validate your e-mail when logging in to the event.
You also have the possibility to download a QR code directly to each event (can be downloaded in backend). When the participants already have downloaded the app they will be directed to your specific event through the app once scanning the QR code.
